He Has Redeemed

Church, you cannot  participate in and approve of occult practices, methodology, entertainment, and idolatry! The occult is not just black robed tattooed witches sacrificing goats on a pentagram at midnight on a full moon!  Witchcraft takes the form of many things: Idolatry: placing more importance on things of this earth than Christ in your life (stop deceiving yourselves with obsessions and passions for things of this world!). This comes in the form of sports/teams, hobbies, material things, careers/ambition, entertainment, holidays, patriotism, even relationships with people. It's not about us or them, it's about God!  Witchcraft is trying to control or manipulate others and situations to benefit/glorify yourself or anyone other than Christ (this can even happen in ministries!) or forcing an outcome using any number of...

It's been since August, but I have often thought about this dream I had. The dream was in three parts, the first part of which prohibited me from sharing all of it because it's interpretation was personal as well as confirmation regarding something I had been troubled by. The Lord has since given me peace about the first part and has laid it upon me to share the remaining two parts. The dream: Part 2: I immediately found myself with another young woman, a teenager probably no older than 18, also leaving. [The first part of the dream took place in a hospital] We were on the banks of a muddy creek outside of the hospital, swollen with flood waters. She said we had to escape and to follow her because she knew the way out. At that moment, sections of privacy fencing, mattresses, and other large raft-like objects were being swept past. I hear all the time people say they talk to God and pray, but do they listen? I hear people say they believe in God and love Him, yet they never (or rarely) spend time with Him or with His Word outside of the obligatory church service (if that). You talk to your spouse every day don't you? You say you love your spouse and go out on dates, eat meals together, sleep in the same bed, live in the same house.....but do you treat them the same way you treat God? Of course you don't! Unless angry at them for whatever, you make it a point to have a conversation with them. You set aside time to spend with them (if you have kids) and enjoy their company. If you are a wife, you even take on your husband's name with pride and joy. But do you take on the Name of Christ with that same warm love in your heart? Do you ever yearn to be with Jesus, to spend time with Him alone? Do you ever desire to read His Word that He wrote....for you? What if you stopped speaking to your spouse for days,...
